Valentine's Day cookies

I don't care that much about Valentine's Day however, it gives me a chance to be creative  and bake for other...
So this is my first time to bake large cookies and piping them with royal icing, before i baked small cookies and painted icing with brush.

Cake Pops

This is my first time making cake pops. Actually this was my first time making every cake for the first time: Strawberry Cup cake, Coconut Cup cake Chocolate cake.
But I struggled with pop cakes. They won't coating evenly.
But I made them and this what they look like

 I let my friends to try them, and they liked it, but some said they were too sweet. But I can deal with that.

To day I baked 3 different cup cakes. Friend of mine asked me to make Strawberry Cupcakes. So Monday I practiced and experimented with strawberries. One recipe had too much butter in it and in other I add strawberry syrup to the batter and it made it too runny. I used mascarpone cheese instated of cream cheese, and I love it. It was so smooth and silky. So today, learned from my mistakes, I did not use butter or syrup in my Strawberry cupcakes recipe, but i used fresh strawberries to add them to the batter.

Absolute Madness

I can not stop making cup cakes... good thing that I don't eat them all. So, last week was Chocolate cup cake with vanilla custard ( my Mom's recipe) and cream cheese icing
