To day I baked 3 different cup cakes. Friend of mine asked me to make Strawberry Cupcakes. So Monday I practiced and experimented with strawberries. One recipe had too much butter in it and in other I add strawberry syrup to the batter and it made it too runny. I used mascarpone cheese instated of cream cheese, and I love it. It was so smooth and silky. So today, learned from my mistakes, I did not use butter or syrup in my Strawberry cupcakes recipe, but i used fresh strawberries to add them to the batter.
